Bruno Guillier
About
Bruno GUILLIER co-leads the firm’s public law department with Laurent BIDAULT. Bruno’s practice focuses on civil service law and general administrative law as well as on issues of policing power and the regulation of activities by public authorities.
Bruno has developed a special expertise in the fields of regulated professions, notably that of the notoriously-regulated taxi-cab industry as well as in the criminal aspect of road and traffic law (penalty points and/or loss of driver’s license).

A focus on immigration law and French nationality law is established within his practice (notably the right of appeal for issues of regularisation of immigration status and citizenship by naturalization)
With a background in law and economics, Bruno is a graduate of Paris Nanterre University as well as of the Institute of Public Business Law (IDPA). He has been a member of the Paris bar since 2015 and has previously worked within the public law departments of various corporate law firms in France. He has also worked as a jurist for the administrative courts of Cergy-Pontoise and has significant practical experience in both matters of counsel and litigation.
