Samuel advises French and foreign companies on compliance issues, particularly in the prevention of corruption, privacy matters and the implementation of compliance programs to prevent violation of human rights. He assists his clients with investigations, audits, and implementation of compliance programs with his team at nest.
Samuel has developed an expertise in the evaluation and implementation of compliance programs related to the prevention of corruption, including the assessment of existing best practices, legislative and jurisprudential developments, the identification of strengths and weaknesses of a program, the formulation of recommendations and the follow-up recommendations as part of an ongoing evaluation process.
Samuel is also the co-founder with Alicia Couderc of the media Compliances and the consulting firm Labrador Ethics & Compliance, combining legal, communication and design expertise to address ethical and compliance challenges that organizations face in the conduct of their business.
Samuel joined NOVLAW in 2023 to launch the compliance department.

Samuel has developed expertise in assessing and implementing anti-corruption compliance programmes, particularly in the light of existing best practice, legislative developments and case law, identifying a programme’s strengths and weaknesses, making recommendations and following up recommendations as part of an ongoing evaluation process.
Samuel is also the co-founder of Labrador Ethics & Compliance, a subsidiary of the Labrador Group, which combines legal and educational expertise to address the ethical and compliance issues facing organisations – a partner of the firm – as well as the Compliances media, with Alicia Couderc. Founder of nest avocats in 2019,
Samuel will join NOVLAW in 2023 as a partner, bringing a multidisciplinary approach to his clients.
